"Golden Hour" is an invitation to bask in the delicate balance of beauty and transience, a testament to the intertwining rhythms of life's fleeting moments. With each stroke, each sculpted curve, we seek to capture the ephemeral magic that dwells within the heart's deepest chambers, beckoning the beholder to surrender to the timeless dance of art and emotion.

“Golden Hour is my initial multimedia work, where connections between creators run like the mycorrhizal network between the forests of Lions Bay. I am proud to have the creative support of lighting designer Simon Bennison and wood sculptor Brent Comber, who discovered this piece’s base, and taught me new techniques. Henry Norris and his team at the New Format metal workshop in the Parker Street Studios, Vancouver, used my drawings to finish the brass brilliantly.

STUDIORÖ invited me to show my pieces in her collection, where novel art is formed from materials drawing their nobility from the simplicity of their extraction.” Ava Copp
